Join the St Augustine Spirits Society

Help us spread the word about the St. Augustine Distillery's line of distilled spirits. We are a small company driven by a love for local history, our belief in this community, and a desire to preserve Florida's agricultural heritage. If you share any of these passions with us and love the products we make, help us spread the word by becoming part of the St. Augustine Spirits Society. Members of the Spirits Society will receive benefits such as invites to first release events, signed bottles, and more.

What Spirits Society Members Get

Be the first to get invitations to exclusive bottling parties and tasting events. You will also be the first to know about events at local farms as well as events at bars, liquor stores, and all over the country! The more you help us spread the word, the more you will get.

Locally Farmed Ingredients
Our partner farms help us produce locally grown wheat, corn, botanicals, citrus, and rare sugar cane varietals. By handcrafting a super-premium craft spirit that comes from the ingredients and terroir of our region, we are making something that cannot be made anywhere else in the world.
Age-Old Distilling Techniques
By using a batch distillation system, we get to make “heads” and “tails” cuts which separate out impurities from the product. That means we are capable of producing a cleaner distillate.
World Class Expertise
We have hired two of the world’s most distinguished Master Distillers to assist in producing the highest quality spirits possible. Dave Pickerell, former master distiller for Makers Mark has assisted in establishing over 23 successful craft distilleries. Brendan Wheatley, our Director of Production and Head Distiller, has studied whiskey production under master distiller and blender Ichiro Akoto and managed the barrel aging program at Germain-Robin. He is an expert of farm-to-glass distilling with ecologically sustainable models and has worked with several start-up distilleries.
American Made
We trust the “Made in America” symbol of quality. We believe that by purchasing American products, we all contribute to a better future. Where possible, equipment will be manufactured in the USA, as will our bottles, labels and ingredients.
Sustainable Business Practices
Our commitment towards sustainability in distilling & business began on day one when environmental stewardship made it in the first draft of the company’s Core Values and Beliefs. The byproduct of our distillation is distributed to area farmers to feed cattle or for compost and we employ an aggressive recycling program.
Community & Social Good
We are proud to be bringing new manufacturing and tourism jobs to our community while making a product that celebrates our home town. We see it as our responsibility to be a force for positive action.
